If an item(s) are returned to us because of a bad address, on your part, you will be charged a shipping charge of $7.95 minimum, or whatever the charge was for your returned order. If you cancel the order, any shipping charges that have been applied are non-refundable. If you order the wrong cartridge, and we do not carry your cartridge, then, we have the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for the mistake on your part. If Federal Express adds extra charges to our Billing because of a wrong or incorrect address, then we will pass these charges on to you.

Warranty:

All cartridges are warranted for 180 days from the invoice date. We will either exchange, or refund your money, as long as you follow our return policy below. If you send back a cartridge for exchange, the warranty period is from the orginal purchase date, not the exchange date. So, it does not restart with the exchange date.

If you are returning any item(s) to us, that are less than 75% full as a defective cartridge, unfortunately we will not refund or exchange the cartridge(s).

For returns, please include the following information:

1. A copy of the invoice that you received when you placed the order.

2. If you don't have the invoice, then include a written note with your name, address, phone number, and email address. Also let us know if you want a refund or exchange for the item(s). We will not exchange or refund cartridge(s) that are not within our warranty period.

3. Because we deeply discount the price on all of our products, we can not pay for postage on items returned to us.

4. Also, Because of our very low pricing, any returned unopened items will be charged a 25% restocking fee, and we will also not credit any shipping cost that occured for the order.

Billing:

Your purchase will show on your credit card as EMERALD RECYCLING, INC. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. We do not take 'international' credit cards.
